The Fall Of The Libertarian Party

Updated: May 30

First off, I have noted many times that we cannot vote our way out of this mess. However, the one bastion of hope I had politically was the Libertarian Party. Ron Paul is a good man, and I share many of his beliefs.

I used to think it was a party of small government & high morals. Ron Paul wrote in his book, that back in the 1960s he witnessed an abortion. I won't get into the specifics, but the ordeal was quite harrowing. The same day, he witnesses a premature baby born that was struggling to survive. And the doctors and nurses worked feverishly to save the baby. His conclusion that day was that we as humans overstep our bounds of morality by picking and choosing who lives and dies. He noted that some people believe that being pro-choice is being on the side of freedom. But he acknowledged how he could never understand how an act of violence like abortion could be portrayed in a precious light.

Fast forward to 2024. This past weekend (On Memorial Day weekend, bad look) the Libertarians held their convention to nominate a presidential candidate. First off, they invited Trump to speak. Why would a political party ask a member of another party to speak? You will never see a Democratic candidate speak at a Republican convention, and vice versa. To me, that reeked of desperation.

Sunday night, after many hours of debate, a gentleman by the name of Chase Oliver received the LP nomination. Like many of you, I had never heard of him. After 5 minutes of research, I was blown away.

To begin with, he actively supported BLM, and many consider him a radical activist. Now, I do support the de-militarization of police, and getting rid of "no-knock warrants." But to openly support an organization that was nothing more than a giant Ponzi scheme that was used to overthrow this country? Nothing Libertarian about that.

Secondly, Oliver is pro-choice, which simply means he is pro-murder. He beleives that abortion should be legal nationwide and would support legislation to do so. The complete opposite from Ron Paul.

As you can see from the picture above, he is gay and hangs out with drag queens. Chase also stated recently that 99% of "Drag Queen Story Hours" are fine for kids. He stated if he had children, he would bring his children to one. Are you starting to get the picture? He claims he has a deep faith in the gospel. I'm not sure what bible he's reading, but I believe he picks and chooses what applies to him. He also supports the transitioning therapy of children with "puberty pausing medicines that are approved for kids."

Oh, and he was pro vaccine mandate. He had tone of pictures taken of him wearing his mask proudly. He also wants open borders, men in women's sports. So, is this what the LP has become? have they been infiltrated like everything else in our country? In your mind, does this solidify that there is no political solution?

I've stated a million times, we need morals in this country if we ever have hope of fixing it. This clown has zero morals. He is a groomer & should be tossed into a volcano. This move has single handedly destroyed the Libertarian Party, and that is exactly what the controllers wanted.

God bless,

George

It is truly starting to feel hopeless. I've tried to make a difference at the lowest levels a few years back during the masking & CRT push - running for the local school board, figuring start small and get "in the system" to start to change it from within. I promptly got chased out and pressured to drop from the race by one of the other candidates all of the sudden having an endless supply of money and community rallies, getting the local news to come out, thinly-veiled threats like, "my kid's teachers all support her" insinuating they'd have a target on their backs at school if I continued. It wasn't worth it, my wife wanted no part of …
